Admin network lost when I activate sunrise

Losing access happened immediately after you installed the plugin?

Do you know if DM had ever been installed before?

Losing access happened only if I uncomment the line :define( ‘SUNRISE’, ‘on’ );

DM had been installed before but I remove the plugin and re-install it.

Maybe there is some code in the database?

Check to see what is in the wp_domain_mapping table. That table should be empty if you don’t have any mapped domains.
