admin never receives a notification email

Greetings from Greece!
We installed the free version of the plugin and since then the admin does not receive notification emails when a user registers.
Email log says only one mail is being sent, the user notification one.
Any clues as to what may be going on?
If you need further info, we will gladly sent it to you.

Hi @geordim,
We tested the same scenario on our staging (with default fields). The admin and user both received their respective emails.
Can you check your error log and provide more details on how you have added the custom fields.
