(Admin Notice) ERROR on 3 different sites …

    Hi! Fantastic plugin by the way ??

    Am using this plugin on 3 different sites and have had no issues until the last 2 days when I get the following:

    (Admin Notice) ERROR: unable to get results. possible reasons:

    – your Instagram account may be private.
    – inavalid Instagram username/tag.
    – network or server issue.

    I’ve uninstalled the plugin on each site, reinstalled numerous times and even added the plugin to another site that has never used it before with the same error. I’ve enabled DEBUG however there are no errors showing up. I’ve used different Instagram account names (mine and friends) with the same result. I’ve disabled all plugins except this one and also switched the theme to Twentyseventeen. WP and all plugins are up-to-date. There is no caching or other similar plugins active.

    I can’t find out if something has changed with the Instagram API (are you using that?) or service status.

    I can see your demo is still working.

    Can you please help?

    Same problem here, i’ve tried different plugins to stream instagram content and none of them works, so it must be something related to instagram apis or a problem related to server, are you on 1&1? The strange thing is that in plugins demo pages everything looks good.

    Update: Even demo pages of some plugins started not working, so it must be related to Instagram APIS. Maybe demos that actually works are under heavy chached environment and do not suffer of this problem UNTIL chache expires.. Waiting for some news!

    hi,
    Instagram have suddenly updated their API, thats why application was unable to get results. But for now i have added a quick FIX with new API. so please update to the latest version and check its working.
    and again sorry for issue, i will try to fix it permanently.

    Hi,
    We had the same issue but last update has fixed it. But we have notice that when mouse is over the pics hover color is always blue, we have tried change it using different hex values but nothing changed.
    I′ve tested in Firefox, Safari and IE.

    Anybody else has the same issue?

    Hi there,
    got the same issue a couple days ago and updated to the new version yesterday but I still get the same error message. I uninstalled/re-installed, deleted my cache as well as tried to create a new gallery but nothing works.
    Does anyone else has an idea what the issue could be?

    Hey Karan … thanks so much for fixing the issue so quickly ?? Very much appreciated ??

    This has become my goto plugin for outputting Instagram feeds in a simple way.
