Admin notices are not being emailed out

We actually have Rich Reviews running on all our feedback pages for kids parties, kids classes, adult parties, field trips, etc., so this is happening on more than one page.
The problem is what since we updated to the latest version (the one taken on by Starfish Reviews), we are no longer receiving the admin notifications of a pending review.
Some details.
We are running this WordPress installation on Amazon’s Lightsail platform. As such, the built in wp_mail() options don’t work. We installed the https://wpmailsmtp.com/ which reconfigures the wp_mail() function to use Gmail/Mailgun/SendGrid/SMTP instead of the default mail() and creates an options page to manage the settings. This plugin worked for us as a solution including Rich Reviews and Gravity Forms. Both are plugins that send something to the admin.
However, we are no longer getting emails from Rich Reviews. Other items that send email from the site, (like Gravity Forms notifications for example) are working fine. This only began in October. We’ve received no new notifications since 10/12/2019.
I am hoping this is something you can help me debug so I can get these email’s headed back into my client’s inbox.

WordPress Version 5.3.2
Rich Reviews by Starfish Version 1.8.5
WP Mail SMTP Version 1.8.1Installation is running on Amazon Lightsail (bitnami WordPress) and using CloudFlare as the DNS routing, caching and optimization/security layer.
