    hello,

This has been a great plugin, thanks so much.

But suddenly its not working anymore – when a new user registered, i used to get a notification. Its not in the Admin account, but it no longer works. The text run in a Email Logs works, and the email works, but the new registered form does not seem to work in this plugin anymore? Could there be a way to solve this? Thank you

    Hi @rich_smc,
    Thanks for your message.

How are new users registering? Is it via the default WordPress registration pages or via another plugin or front-end form?

    Sorry for the delay.

Its the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-members/ form? ( [wpmem_form register] ). It used to work, but not anymore it seems. The registration form of that plugin does work. Thank you for any help there.

    Hi @rich_smc,
    Ok, thanks.

Are you able to test with the default WordPress registration form and let me know if that works? Are you also able to test with the older 1.6.14 version of BNFW by downloading it from the bottom of this page? https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bnfw/advanced/

    Hi @voltronik,

Yes you are correct – i backdated it, and….it works again now at 1.6.14. So im afraid theres a error somewhere in the latest update it seems? Thank you.

    Hi @voltronik,

Just to let you know, its still wont work?

    Hi @rich_smc,
Do you mean that it now won’t work on 1.6.14 or that you updated to the latest version and it won’t work?

I’m still investigating and hoping a fix will be released before Christmas.

The latest version of 1.7.2 still does not work, so yes i had to go backwards to 1.6.14…..thank you for the quick reply

No update yet but you can downgrade to an older version by downloading it from the bottom of this page: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/bnfw/advanced/

This should now be fixed in the latest release, available as of yesterday.
Please have a read through the Changelog for anything that may effect you.
