Our plugin doesn’t do anything with the standard WooCommerce email notifications. There must be something about your general configuration that needs an adjustment.

Have you double checked that the admin email is set to what you think it is in your settings? Maybe it’s just going to some other address..??

    Hello Support,

Yes, I checked and double-checked the admin email – and sent test messages to make sure it was actually a “working” email.

So I should check in with WooCommerce support about it?

    Sincerely,
    Greg

Probably, but my guess is you could have some other plugin conflicting. You might want to try disabling any plugins besides WooCommerce to see if the problem still remains. If not, then re-enable PayPal for WooCommerce and check again. Just keep enabling plugins until the problem comes back and then you’ll know the culprit.

I can’t think of any other reason that would be happening, especially if the buyers are getting the emails as expected. Those are all triggered by the same thing, so it’s odd one would be sent and the other wouldn’t unless there is something overriding it.

I have not heard back from you on this, so I’m going to go ahead and close this ticket. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, though. Thanks!
