Admin Only Badge Not Working

I am trying to create an achievement for Forum Admins. I’ve create the achievement with the image I want and set it to Admin-Only Achievement.

I’ve gone into the Add On Settings and made sure Buddy Boss forum achievements are on and set those to image only.

Everything seems fine. However, when I go to tools and try to add this achievement, it says it added it to the listed users successfully. However, the icon does not appear. Nor does the achievement appear on the users profile page or the achievement page where it lists users that have it.

If I try to add it to the user from their profile page it acts the same. It looks like it adds it but when I hit save and the page reloads. It is not added to the user.

Has anyone had this problem? How did you solve it. I get no errors or anything like that. It is simple not adding it to the user.
