Admin Order Notification Not Being Sent

    When a customer submits an order, the New Order email is submitted, but not the Admin Order Notification.

    Enable order notification is checked under General > Order Notification.

    Admin Order Notification and New Order are enabled under Emails > Order Notifications

    I reached out to Cloudways for support, but they referred me to this forum saying that it is a plugin issue because the Admin order Notification email does not appear in the email logs.
