• Hi, I have a problem with my admin page. My website is showing perfectly but when I go on to the admin page, it appears weird.

It looks as if it’s on a mobile version or something, with the CSS missing.

I’m facing the same problem as this person:
    https://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=986309
*on the forum, there’s an image of how his admin page looked like and mine looks just like his.
Apparently the issue was resolved for him but I don’t quite understand how he did it? If someone could break it down for me even further, it would be great as I’m completely new with this.

Oh and also, my website is completely new. I haven’t got to do anything on it yet except for installing a theme and that’s it. I’m practically clueless about this problem.

    Thank you so much.

  • Ok; from looking at your Dashboard’s code I can confirm that it is loading 3rd party scripts that are messing up the dashboard layout.

WordPress provides some recommended hosting companies at https://www.ads-software.com/hosting/. If you’re looking for free hosting, the only company I can recommend is x10Hosting.

There is a decent chance that this topic will be closed by a moderator at some point, as discussions about hosting companies aren’t really permitted here. (They encourage spam)

OK, so how do I fix that?

And thank you for the suggestion.

I think that code in the bottom is probably ads or something from the host if you look at the url it does’t look like the work of a hacker try downloading deleting and reuploAding the admin files

You probably can’t fix the issue. It is a forced condition of your hosting company that your pages are injected with their ad code.

    @jakesyl
OP has tried re-uploading files. They are injected by the hosts server using an Apache module, so replacing them will accomplish nothing.

Yah I would suggest a new host export wordpress under setings then re install themes plugins and wordpress on you’re new host and @thewebatom you seem to be Pretty knowladgeble at wordpress maybe you can help me here https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/fatal-error-362?replies=2

If you want to carry on with the free hosting, contact MadDog Support and tell them about this issue, you may be able to upgrade to an Ad Free account.

They might even be fixing it, if they have many WordPress sites and are getting a few support tickets, so check with them first.

There is always the option to change hosts later, however if you registered your domain with MadDog there might be a cost to free up the domain, that is the way that free hosting works, it is free until you want to remove ads or move hosts.
