Admin page broken in IE9 but not Chrome

Hi there,
Have a problem caused by WP-Security (3.4.6) that affects the Admin page when viewed with IE9 but not Chrome.
Admin page is trashed like this:

but it appears fine in Chrome. Using 2010 Weaver theme.
