Admin page cause problem on Google search console.

I am not sure this is actually a problem you need to solve since the message “Blocked by robots.txt.” is not a bad thing. It is more of a confirmation.

You could try and additionally submit a sitemap. That could help Google to exclude your admin to begin with. https://yoast.com/help/submit-sitemap-search-engines/
