Admin Page Not Loading

  • Hello,

    I’m trying to load the WP-admin page for the site, but it never loads properly. Instead of the normal UI, I just get a white screen with hyperlinks trying to copy the normal UI, which I cannot do anything with.

    The issue persists with any new accounts made (not old or existing accounts), and cannot be gotten rid of after refreshing, logging out, changing permissions, logging in on a different device, and clearing the cache.

    This issue is very serious, so any help will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Are you sure you provided the right URL above? If so, that domain appears to have expired, and you should contact your domain registrar’s support immediately.

    Ok, on the face of the site, everything seems to be in order.

    Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
