When I’m logged in as an admin and I view pages or posts, they are being counted as views by jetpack. I have set all the “Count logged in page views from” switches to disabled in Site Stats > Configure. I have also tried excluding my ip address in google analytics. Nothing is working and I’m desperate for a solution.

Just to be sure, you aren’t mistaking a count in the “Authors” column for your views, right? Those are views on posts written by you, not views from you. It’s a common misconception.

That is not what I am talking about. The view counts for the individual pages I go to are incrementing, even when Im signed in.

And what’s the URL of your site?
I wonder if this is not a browser issue where, which one do you use?
Have you tried if the views are also counted when logging in to your WordPress.com account on a different browser?

I don’t see anything obvious on your site which might cause this. Did you try using a different browser to see if that made any difference?

If not, there may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. The quickest way to figure out if something is interfering is to test for a theme or plugin conflict.

I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please try the following:

    * Temporarily deactivate all the site’s plugins except for Jetpack and clear your browser’s cache. Then try test again. If it doesn’t count your visit, then we’ll know that another plugin is conflicting here. You can re-enable your plugins one by one, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict. You can leave it disabled or reach out to the plugin developer for a fix.

    * If disabling plugins doesn’t help, it may be the theme. Temporarily switch your theme to a WordPress default theme like [Twenty Nineteen](https://www.ads-software.com/themes/twentynineteen/). Then test again. If It doesn’t count your visit, then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you can reach out to the theme developer for a fix.

I tried using different browsers with no luck. Also, I just realized that not only is it counting my logged in views, its counting them as 2 views!. I’ll try what you suggested with the plugins soon and report back. I should also mention that when logged in, the pages take upwards of 15 seconds to load which seems very strange. When not logged in they load very quickly.

Thanks for the additional information! Please let us know how disabling plugins and reverting to a default theme works for you. That could also help you identify the source of the slow loading issues as well.
