admin page, widget, theme, menu, etc. entirely don't work

My site address is wearaglobe.com (or wearableglobe.com)

When I get to the customization page, I cannot find widget menu.
Also if I go to the widget menu. It doesn’t work even I click it several times.

And when I get to the appearance-menu, I cannot add categories to my menu slide.

Adding a new theme doesn’t work too.

And from my smart phone, I can access to my website but cannot access to the admin page.

I think my admin page entirely doesn’t work.
