admin page wont load properly, css issue?

    i got this error code while trying to load my site.

    The stylesheet https://www.brownchickgreenmoney.com/wp-admin/load-styles.php?c=0&dir=ltr&load=dashicons,admin-bar,wp-admin,buttons,wp-auth-check&ver=3.9.1 was not loaded because its MIME type, "text/html", is not "text/css".
