    Hello!

    I think you recently changed which capability to check for the plugin’s admin pages, and it now checks for “install_plugins”. I am assuming it’s new because I experienced a problem related to it which I didn’t have in the past.

    It looks like this check is giving problems on sites where DISALLOW_FILE_MODS is set to true, and WP seems to be overriding the role’s actual value for the capability, and it always returns as if the user is not allowed…

    The result is that admins cannot see the plugin’s admin pages anymore…

    for the moment I have allowed file mods in my server but that is a very inconvenient choice within our setup…

    I am not sure why you decided to check for “install_plugins” but I would suggest to use something more generic like “manage_options”.

    Agreed, we’ve pushed a new release where we’ve changed back to “manage_options”. My apologies for the trouble.
