    Hello everyone,

This is Tom from France. I’m reaching out to the community in order to find a way to fix my issue.

    THE ISSUE

It’s been a few hours now that I cannot access my wp admin panel.

After entering the credentials the page reloads and comes back to the same login page. However the URL changes for https://agonesport.pro/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fagonesport.pro%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

When entering a wrong password I do receive the error message that the pw is incorrect. If I click on the link to set up a new password the page URL goes to https://agonesport.pro/lost-password/ and I get the error message “Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.”

WHAT DID I DO PRIOR TO THE ISSUE

Earlier this morning I did login though. As I received an email alert from my host provider OVH about being over my quota 200Mo I looked up online for ways to decrease the size of the database.

I came across the WP-Sweep plugin that I was able to download but not activate (maybe because I was already overlimit ?).
I then deleted 3 themes that were installed but not activated, and 1 pluging (akismet).

The website is still up and running though : https://www.agonesport.pro

    WHAT I TRIED SO FAR

Through my host provider admin panel I did re-install the backup from yesterday but this did not help.
And of course browsing the web for a way to fix it ??

Would you guys have an idea where to start ? Any kind of help would be much appreciated !

    Thank you so much.
    Best,
    Tom

    Hi guys,

This issue was striclty related to my datase base quota that had excedeed.

For some reasons I thought that I could still access the admin panel being over limit… what a rookie mistake !

I freed some space deleting the revision files in the DB using php myadmin. Cleared about 20Mo which was enough.

I searched for POST TYPE = REVISION, then copied/pasted the query into the SQL commande, switching “SELECT * FROM” to “DELETED”. And ran the query.

    Hope that can help others.
