Admin Panel Gone

Have had my blog site for a couple of weeks. Tried to sign in today and it would not recognize my password. I changed the password successfully, but now when I sign in the Admin Panel does not show. All I get instead is the Dashboard (which is grayed out), Profile and Tool. The Post, Page, Appearance, etc do not show. However, my blog site is till running fine. How can I correct this so I can edit my blog site?
