    i’ve move aam folder, install capabilities manager, restore capabilities by default, move again aam, désactivated it, remove it, try to reinstall it… and again, i’m blocked when activated it

    Activating/Deactivating AAM will not help you. You would have to restore original Administrator capabilities. There are few good tutorials only that might help you to accomplish this task. As example: https://gist.github.com/AKTed/4583267
