Admin Panel shows Connection lost. Saving has been disabled ..?

    In wordpress admin panel, i am getting for every 20-30 mins once.. Connection lost.?Saving has been disabled until you are reconnected.?it will automatcially connects after some time. At the sametime, the site works fine, only the admin panel having this issue.

    Strangely the same time, when the connection lost showing in admin panel, if i access the admin panel, in chrome incognito mode, it works.. then again it works for some time, then shows connection lost incognito mode. now if i open a chrome new window and logged in admin panel, it works.. again for some time connection lost.. it keep happening..

    what will be th issue? how to fix this?

    The issue could be due to problem in communication between your browser and server. You may share the issue with your hosting provider to see if there are any server-side performance issues or if you’re hitting any resource limits.

    Again, A firewall or security plugin might be blocking or interrupting communication between your admin panel and the server. So, you may run a plugin conflict test. You may try to disable all plugins, and use one of the default WordPress(Twenty..) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the reason if the issue.
