    This plugin runs fine on a couple of sites, but on 1 site it cannot be used.
    I have tried the following:
    – Removing all the other plugins (and thereby saving memory as suggested on the formidable homepage)
    – Changing to a default WP-theme.
    – Clean up the database by hand.
    – Checked the apache-errorlog; also shows nothing specific.
    – Searched the support-forum to find similar issues and hopefully solutions

    It has run fine up to version 1.06.08. I had a working Form on the site.
    Does anyone know whether there could be an issue with the server? Or is there anything else I have overlooked while checking?

    Could you explain what isn’t working? Is the non-working form very long? If you have a very large form, there may be some issues with server resources, but without knowing more about the site that isn’t working and what the symptoms are, I’m afraid we can’t help diagnose where the issue is.

    Oops, see that very important information is missing :-(. Sorry! Thanks for reminding me.

    The thing is that after installing and activating the plugin my whole admin part is blank. This includes a complete fresh install. Above mentioned steps are the ones I’ve taken to try and solve the problem.
