Admin payment email sent without payment being completed

  • Hello,

    I was just testing a form and clicked on “proceed with payment” but didn’t complete my Paypal login. But I received the admin email stating that a payment was done.

    Is this the normal process?

    ‘ After payment (only works if IPN is enabled)’

    Set on auto responder?

    Yes, autoresponder is enabled with option “After submission to PayPal” and I received both messages: as sender and as a receiver.

    I thought those were sent out only when the payment was completed.
