Admin Profile changes are not being saved

    I am trying to update my profile settings to reflect my name, instead of ‘admin’ when I publish blogs. And I also want to update my profile picture with my gravatar profile, but every time I make the changes, the page refuses to save them. It gives me an error message:

    ERROR: Please enter an email address.

    But I always enter an email address in the email (required) field. When I scroll down to this field after I see the error message, below the field is another message that says:

    There is a pending change of your email to (whatever email address I entered)

    I have even tried other email addresses apart from the one registered on my account, but I receive the same message and the changes do no save. Please help.

  • You need to answer a confirmation email to make that change work. Look in your junk or spam folders if it’s not in your inbox.

    Unfortunately, I am not receiving any confirmation emails. I have looked in my junk and spam folders and there are no confirmation emails there.

    I just tried again and this time it worked! I got the confirmation email and my changes saved. Thanks
