Admin receives User Approval Request Email Twice

Hi Plugin Author,

Your plugin is awsome, but your plugin sends two user approval email to admin when user registers on the decide.

One has the url: https://mspalliance.com/wp-admin/users.php?s&pw-status-query-submit=Filter&new_user_approve_filter=pending&paged=1

which is correct.

The other has the url: https://mspalliance.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=new-user-approve.php

which gives error that you do not have sufficient permission to access this page.

Let me know how to stop the second email or how to change the url of the second email to: https://mspalliance.com/wp-admin/users.php?page=new-user-approve-admin
