    hello , all

    i have some issue i hope someone can help me

    when i create ticket from ( customer ) user i got the ticket to admin pannel

    and when i replay to the ticket , the answer show only in email that send to user + to admin panel , when customer view the ticket it show the his question only

    Thank you for reaching out. Do you mean when you open the ticket on behalf of the customer, you see it on the backend (admin panel), and when you reply to the ticket, you can see it on the backend? However, when the customer login to see the ticket on the front-end, they do not see a reply from you.

    If this is the case then please check

    if you might be running into conflicts with your theme or another plugin. The fastest way to find out for sure is to start by temporarily switching your theme to one of the basic WP themes (e.g.2015/16/17/19/20). Then, if the issue still keeps happening, try turning off other plugins one by one until the problem disappears. The last one that you turned off before the problem is fixed is the one conflicting.
