Admin screens a total mess

    Anyone seen this before?
    The front end looks fine, but the back-end is a mess (see photo of my dashboard) and it’s on a dozen of my WP sites

    Note: I had already installed 3.3.1 before this happened, and have since reinstalled to no avail.

    This looks like the css file for the admin panel is not rendering properly.

    Try replacing the contents of your wp-admin/css folder from a fresh installation.
