Admin sessions expiring within five minutes on multiple installs

The affected domains have the same value for the WordPress Address and Site Address, so this is not the problem.

All other posts on the subject seem to work on ruling out all these things and giving it time. I know it’s not a great answer. Hopefully, someone else can chime in on this also.

For the site domain issue have you edited your wp-config as suggested too?

Adding the defined URL values to the config file seems to have worked on one of the sites running locally using MAMP. I will continue to test to see if it continues to work.

A bit confused as to why it had troubles with the values stored in the database.
