  • Same issue here.

    Hi refreshzing and alajoann.

So sorry for the delayed response. I’m JJ from ContactUs.com and I’m here to help you. So if I understand, what you’re not getting, is the side widget, that is supposed to appear after installing the plugin, dont’ you? so judging from this request’s date I can tell you this must have been a server error, on our end. We’ve had different updates since the, and they should’ve fixed any error of this kind. Can you please double check and see if you continue having this issue please? it should be fine now.

    Best.

The main problem is that the plugin is nowhere to be found in the WP Admin Panel. (I just re-installed MailChimp Form by ContactUs to see if it is fixed.) Sorry, it just doesn’t seem to work.

On the widget page, I can slot the MailChimp Form into a sidebar. BUT nothing appears on the front of the site. Maybe because no settings have been set.

Meanwhile, I’ll leave your plugin installed on my site for a day. If you’d like to take a look, maybe you can figure out what is going on. The widget is located under Latest Tweets in the footer sidebar (but you won’t see anything). Here’s the URL: https://www.alamuze.net/

    Thanks!

    Hi JJ,

    Hi Guys

Sorry for this inconvenience. I’m not sure what could be causing this.

@alajoann so you mentioned you were able to place the widget on your side panel but when you access, nothing comes up?

Are you even able to see the part where it says:

“Are You Already a MailChimp User?

Yes, Get me my form/ No, Signup for MailChimp”

This is the part where you need to enter your credentials, to access the plugin.

@refreshzing By any chance you have other widgets active? I mean, are you able to install other plugins with no problem? because it’s really strange you can’t see the link…

We are having the same issue. Just installed the plug in and the “Contact Us” settings button in the admin panel is not available. Only button added when the plug in was installed is “Mailchimp Form”. Therefore unable to add the script from Contact Us that would enable use of inline forms.

    Help is appreciated.

Tried to track down a work around for not having the ContactUs tab in the admin screen.

Only need it to inject the per use .js file location required by Contact Us to ensure our forms display as we have requested.

Appears the break may be in the .js file the plug in is referencing on ContactUs.com website, not in the actual plug in itself (though obviously the ContactUS tab IS missing from the admin panel).

I checked all the links in the plug in files and verified each link seem to be referencing a valid file, but nothing displays though the div holds the space as open.

    Hi [email protected]

By any chance you can send me a screenshot of this problem? I think this will help us find a quicker solution for you. Hoping to hear from you.

    Best.
