Admin slow to load

I’m seeing an extra 905 queries when this plugin is active which means an extra 3 full seconds for every page in the admin section to load. ?? My site isn’t very large – less than 200 pages, another few hundred posts in a CPT with a few taxonomies.

Is there any way to optimize this?
