Admin Submenus are Transparent

  • Hi,
    have just updated my site in test to 3.5.1 and there is a problem in the admin area that the submenu flyouts are transparent instead of having a white background. On inspecting the element it appears to be .wp-submenu.wp-submenu-wrap. On changing the background color to #fff the submenu appears ok.

    However when trying to change the css absolutely nothing is happening. It is as if some other element is overriding it as the submenu flyouts are still transparent. Is this a bug and can you let me know how to fix this.

    Hi can someone help here please with the issue of the sidebar admin submenus being transparent and not being able to override it in CSS as per my post 3 weeks ago.
