Admin Tabs are Missing

For some reason I am not able to view the tabs for Galleries and Cheatsheet. I just get “About”, “Settings” and “Custom CSS”. Therefore I am not able to edit the galleries. Please help as I need to train my client on how to edit galleries. Thank you in advance.
