    You really just need to set up a user login for everyone that needs access to the forms, then put the forms on pages that require login. The plugin doesn’t have any kind of login, so you have to use the WP login to control access.

    I figured a get-around for anyone else who wants to use this in a similar way… install “private only” custom login which forces the visitor to the login page and they can’t view any information.

    xnau – do you think this is a secure was of protecting data being accessed?

    It’s as secure as a WordPress login is, which depends on the overall level of security you have established on your site. This is not determined by the plugin. Take a look at this article to better understand the security issues: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Hardening_WordPress
