Admin toolbar strange behavior

  • What could possibly make the admin toolbar at the very top of the page shift/jump on every page load? This does not happen when I browse my other WordPress sites which are on the same server, using the very same theme and nearly the same plugins (on those sites it stays totally fixed). Whether I use a cache plugin or not makes no difference.

    I have tried to deactivate every plugin one by one, and remove all code step by step from child theme, but nothing helps.

    Interestingly, the toolbar behaves normally while in the actual admin area. The it doesn’t “jump”, but remains static.

    Might seem like it’s no big deal, but it indicates to me that something of greater significance could be broken.

    Any suggestions I could try?

    I fixed this by adding some css code with the help of a developer. He said it’s a normal issue on heavy sites with a lot of code.
