Admin top Menu bar is shown to non-logged in users

  • Admin is logged in, goes to a page. WP Admin top menu bar is shown and cached.
    That cached Menu bar is then shown to users that are not logged in, and Admin name is shown.

    Need an option to show Admin top menu only in Admin pages.
