Admin URL incorrect in custom path setups

Firstly thanks for the great little plugin!

I came across and error where links created by the plugin (e.g. from the Plugins page, the Settings link, or on a product, clicking the Cog to go to the settings page) are not created in a way that allows for custom WP paths.

We use Bedrock as a base for our projects, which adds a /wp/ between the domain and the normal /wp-admin etc, and it seems your plugin is not taking in these custom paths (which are a native feature of WordPress and expected to be allowed for in).

Could you look at updating how you are building these URLs for the settings page to take this into account?
