    I created a page that shows a list of all Users with the role “Dealers” with links to the Dealer’s private pages. How can I configure access for a “Sales Rep” user to view all “Dealers” private pages without requiring the Sales Rep to log in to each individual private page, using Profile Builder and Client Portal?

    The Dealears private page is only for them to be seen and for an administrator to edit.
    Admins can also view a Dealer page.

    So you could give admin priviledges to a Sales Rep. Any user with the manage_options capability can view Dealer pages.

    However, that also means those users can delete users, install plugins etc. They are basically an administrator.

    Currently there is not filter to modify the capability from manage_options to something else.

    Profile Builder would not help with this particular use case in mind unfortunately.
