Admin user gets overwritten if user registers

  • Hey, since today everytime a new user registers my admin user gets overwritten in database by its data.

    the newly registered user shows up in member page of the plugin like normal but in the wp user page just the overwritten admin user (and the previous well created users) are present.

    i have to edit the database to gain access again bc the overwritten admin gets subsriber level so basically no admin user is in the db no more.

    in march the last user registered was created like it should. today a new user wanted to register but this problem occured.

    latest wp,
    membership plugin 4.0.4

    i also tried to enable debugging but the logs stayed empty after i reproduced the issue on my own and created a user with the same result

    Hi,

    Hey, since today everytime a new user registers my admin user gets overwritten in database by its data.

    Does this issue happen when someone registers as a WP User or as a member in the membership plugin? Do you know if anything has changed in your site? This is the first time I hear about an issue like this. Do you know if any of your other plugins made changes to your database?
