Admin user lost role after migration

    Hello.

    I successfully restored my production site to a test site using UpdraftPlus plugin (all 5 types of backup files). The site looks identical to the original. I can login to the test site using CPanel, but now the admin user is no administrator anymore (it doesn’t have the Account and Extensions tool in the toolbar).

    I checked in the WP database. The admin user looks identical to the one in the production site. It even has wpnn_capabilities=”a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;b:1;}” in wpnn_usermeta table, so it should be administrator.

    What is missing? How do I restore the user role?
