Admin verification not working

  • Hello!
    If a user register to our site an admin verification has to be done.
    If I do this verification the user get always the message that an admin has to make a verification but i have alrrafy done this.
    For about 1 month all of theese was working fine but now not.
    Could someone help me with this problem?

    PS: I made a rollback to Version 2.0.4 and with this Version it works.

    Hi @andreaskastl,

    What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
    Have you tried to update to the latest 2.1.10
    Do you have any other membership or security plugins installed?
