    We haven’t this issue before.

    Can you make a new clean widget installation on Plugins page? Which delets all option settings.

    Otherwise can you give us a list or a screenshot from all other installed widgets? If you want to make this as private message you can contact over tiptoppress.com.

    Sarah, to add to what daniel said, can you also check your php error log to see if there is any related error, and try to use the costumizer and see if it works there.
