Admin Widgets Displaying Simple Pie Warnings

Anyone every seen this before?…

I am creating a new theme using classes which are autoloaded and instantiated in the functions.php file. I only remember this happening after activating my theme for the first time. However, it stays even if I activate the 2011 theme and/or remove the new themes folder from the wp-content/themes/ directory. Maybe it’s something else. Haven’t had any luck on Google. Thanks for any help you can provide.
