Admin WordPress iframe embedding (javascript) problem

Hi, with a simple iframe i embedded like a popup the admin on my site. It works great, i see no white page, the problem is in javascript.

When i click for adding sticky image or screen settings (set columns, and fields)it doesn’t do actions.

Pointing the mouse over “Posts” i can’t see the submenu like (add new, all, etc…) but i can only click.

So it seems that embedding works great but javascript doesn’t work.

Is this problem know to you? Any solution? Thank you
