I am a registered Admin and I get on all Activity Log pages the same message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page”

    I tried already the following:
    1. update the DB prefix. I am using “wp_” and all the prefixes in wp_usermeta were correct with “wp_”

    2. Checked for
    – wsal_restrict-plugin-settings
    – wsal_only-me-user-id
I searched all my database via phpMyAdmin for %wsal% and didnt find those entries

    WordPress Version 6.0.3

    Anything else I can do?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I am sorry that you have encountered this issue @pixelcrash. Can you please answer the below questions so we can start troubleshooting this?

    1. What version of the plugin are you using please?
    2. Is this a new install and you never had access to any pages since the install, or this used to work and it stopped working?
    3. If it is the latter, do you know if anything else have changed that could affect this?
    4. Is this on a multisite network or a single site install?
    5. Last but not least, do you use any role customization plugin? If so, have you customized access of the user that you are using?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi sorry for my late reply. I disabled the plugin to fix some other things first. So the site is not a multisite. We use wpml, wp-rocket, ACF, and custom post types.

    I also get this error:
To configure email notifications please contact the administrator of this multisite network on?xxxxx@email.com

I update your plugin to Version 4.5.2

let me know how I can fix this – thx

    Hello @pixelcrash

Thank you for you response and no worries about the late response. Can you share a screenshot of the email notifications error you are mentioning? I do not think that is from our plugin.

    Thanks.
