admin_email not working as expected?

    In Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Email -> Account Welcome Email

    There is the following line:
    If you have any problems, please contact us at {admin_email}

    However {admin_email} does not take the email address from
    “Mail appears from address”
    nor does it take the address from WordPress Settings -> General -> Email Address.

    It’s taking an old email address that had been set as the site address/admin user email address but changing either of those does not change what gets sent in the welcome email.

    I’m actually quite confused as to where it’s getting this email. Can you tell me where it’s stored in the database? Looking in wp_options the incorrect email it’s using is in these options:

    um_options
    um_options-transients
    auto_core_update_notified

    Ok I found it. It’s in Ultimate Member -> Settings -> Notifications -> Admin E-mail Address.

    Seems a little unintuitive that an Email setting would not be under the Email settings section. Although I do understand how it’s also used for notifications.

    Thanks for letting us know. We separated user emails from admin notification emails. That is why there are seperate tabs. Thanks
