    WordPress 4.2.12
    TablePress Version 1.6.1 (latest)
    Adminimize Version 1.11.2 (latest)

Deactivating all TablePress options for Subscribers does not prevent opening /wp-admin/tools.php?page=tablepress for logged in Subscribers.
As this may be a problem of how TablePress handles roles, I post this topic to TablePress Support Forum, too.

How do you remove this, is this custom options, there you create, add to the Adminimize admins or only Menu items from tablepress?

I try to understand your question…
I wanted to remove the TablePress access and menu section for subscribers by checking all appropriate options in the huge Adminimize table.

The TablePress plugin enhance the menu, but only for the Administrator role. What is your goal for the hiding. In my tests it is possible to hide the TablePress menu item for the admin role.
