Administration page 404 error?

  • I am a photographer and installing a new site on my domain. I just recently transferred hosts to BlueHost and am trying to install WordPress through their website. The installation goes just fine, but when I try to login to my admin page, it says that the page doesn’t exist? (404 error) I’m so frustrated! I have my domain DNS (GoDaddy) connected to my host site, and did a check that BlueHost was my official host and no longer BluDomain…so I know that’s at least one thing that’s happening correctly.

    Any help would be much appreciated. I don’t know too much about hosting/web lingo or any complicated things like that, so I have no idea what I’m doing. It was supposed to run so smoothly! I haven’t even gotten INTO the WordPress yet…haven’t even figured out how because of all the trouble it’s caused me!

    Help ASAP! My website needs to be up and running quickly!!
