    Hi

I am new as a user of WP-statistics. It works great, but one thing seems wrong. I have excluded the administrator role (=myself), but I am not excluded from the statistics, my visits are recorded.
    Can that be changed?

    Regards

    Rita

    Hi Rita,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please check the following options and make sure they’re disabled:
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > General > Record All Users
Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Exclusions > Record Exclusions

Please let me know if this solution was helpful.

    Sincerely

    Hi Reza

These two options are already disabled.

    Hi Reza

I think I solved the problem. I have another role besides administrator, I had not thought about that. I excluded that role too, I expect the exclusion will work now.

    Great. Glad to hear it.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

“Record all users” should either NOT override role exclusions, or else it and the role exclusions should have text by them explaining this non-intuitive “feature.”
