Administrators IPs blocked with Anti-flood

    I’ve just installed the plugin and I’m having problems with the WordPress administrators, they enter and begin writing their post when an alert window appears, saying that “Anti-flood is activated for your IP, and they will automatically redirect to the requested page after 30 secs.”
    I did un check the “Protect logged in Users” and also to bypass admin and editor roles, but makes no difference, am I missing something?
    Whitelisting IP, if that can be done, won’t work because they are working from home and their IPs change frequently.
    Im will try to add the edit & create post URLs on URL Exclusions, maybe that will do the trick.
    Any other suggestions ?

    Hello,

    You can disable the Anti-Flood option here:

    Wordpress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk

    Or you can increase limits for Anti-Flood (Anti-Flood Page Views Limit):

    Wordpress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    Could you also tell us your administrators work with the backend or frontend of the website?

    Thank you, tried disabling the option, I dont know if increasing the limit makes a difference, was in 10, the alert appears when they are working with their first post, which they do in the backend.

    The Anti-flood is only for robots? Or what I should expect if this option is disable.

    Anti-Flood shows SpamFireWall screen then a visitor will exceed the limit of requests. In your case was 10 requests per minute

    We’ve tested Anti-Flood and it doesn’t block administrators in the backend.

    I think you can try to increase the limit for Anti-Flood to 20-25
