Admins receiving multiple copies

  • I just recently changed to a new hosting provider on a dedicated server, and now when I send an email to users, the admins receive a copy for EACH recipient, i.e. if I send to 50 users, each Admin receives 50 copies of the single email. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, or it may be a server/hosting issue? I deactivated and reactivated the plugin.

    Do you have the Copy Sender option enabled?

    I had, then I disabled it, but the problem persists.

    Put Email Users in debug mode (there is a checkbox option on the settings page) and try and send an email.

    In debug mode the mail is never sent, it is intercepted very late in the process and the headers are displayed on the dashboard. When you do this, do you see the duplicate addresses in the email headers?
