Adminstration PHP Documentation?

  • Is there any documentation for the WordPress admin PHP code, or do I have to look at the code in the: “wp-admin” folder to figure out? I am going to use it to create a custom control panel, not custom admin theme, for PHPBB3 or SMF and WordPress.

    Any ideas?
